This page is a first-draft privacy statement prepared for the Engeron marketing site. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and must not be treated as a final privacy notice.
What we collect
We collect only the information you submit through the pilot application form on this website (for example your name, work email, organization, country, role, laboratory type and free-text answers). We use it to evaluate pilot fit and to contact you about discovery interviews, pilot participation and product updates.
Where it is stored
Application data is stored in a dedicated backend for the Engeron marketing site, separately from any Engeron application environment. Access is restricted to a limited set of Engeron staff.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your submission by contacting privacy@engeron.example. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee pilot acceptance.
Cookies and analytics
This first version of the marketing site does not use tracking cookies or non-essential analytics. If we introduce them, we will update this notice and, where required, request consent.
Changes
This document will be revised and finalised with legal review prior to broader publication.
